Nature-Based Connection Group
A therapeutic group for anyone 18 years or older wanting a place to feel a sense of belonging, to meet new people, to reconnect to yourself and Nature, and to learn skills for bringing greater connection into your life.
This group is currently closed for enrollment. Please reach out if you are interested in learning about the next session!
Cost: $80 for 8 groups, financial support available

Farm-Based Group for Adults
In collaboration with Light Root Community Farm in Boulder, Colorado
A weekly group to provide a space to navigate self-esteem, isolation, stress, and feeling a sense of purpose. The group includes mindfulness, coping skills, engaging with animals and plants, and processing with other people.
Location: Boulder, Colorado
