In the Alpenglow

An embodied, authentic place to heal

Sometimes it can feel really difficult to know how to move forward.

You feel weary, stuck, or overwhelmed. You continue to find yourself in similar patterns in relationships, behaviors, and responses to stress that are frustrating, painful, and decreasing your self-confidence. You have been trying to figure it all out or do it “right” but continue to feel worse.

You deserve to know that it is possible to shift these patterns and that it is possible to heal the impact of the past. You deserve to know that you don’t need to feel exhausted or disconnected from yourself to be worthy of love or care or to feel successful.

If you feel ready to beginthis next leg of your journey, I would be honored to navigate the path together, finding a way forward in your life that finally feels authentic and aligned with who you are.

You can learn more about my approach here or below, incorporating Eco-Therapy, Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Eco-Intensives, and groups to support adults in reconnecting to themselves and the rest of the world.

Hi!

I am Amber (she/her) and I am excited about the potential of working with you!

I support adults in moving through self-doubt, relational difficulties, the impact of trauma, and stress and life transitions to rediscover their authentic connection to themselves and their belonging in the rest of the world.

My work is grounded in nature-based and somatic approaches, and is attachment-based and nervous system-informed. This means that in our time together, we will make space for your whole self, mind, body, and spirit, and your identity and experiences in the world throughout your lifespan.

We will also spend time connecting to other natural beings, the land, and to the knowing that we, as humans, are part of nature, too. Sometimes, this means going outdoors and other times it may mean engaging with what helps us remember that we are wired for connection, for play, for awe, for being with our senses and in our bodies. Ultimately, we will create space for exploring whatever may arise during our work together.

My practice is welcoming to people of all backgrounds and identities and my goal is to co-create a space together where you feel safe and honored as you are.
