Whether you are already practicing Eco-Therapy or if you are curious to learn more, I would love to be a resource! Eco-Therapy consultation can provide space for learning about what Eco-Therapy is, exploring specific interventions and activities, processing general practice questions, discussing logistics related to working in different Eco-Therapy settings, and/or client specific concerns.

Much of my work has been in facilitating different kinds of groups, from youth programs and summer camps to intensive outpatient programs to guiding backpacking and camping groups to therapeutic groups in private practice. I absolutely love getting to support people in thinking through, processing, and problem solving anything group related, whether it is indoors, outdoors, or virtual.

I hold a holistic lens in all of the work that I do and specifically focus on somatic, eco-based, and relational approaches to supporting clients. I have worked in a hospital, after-school programming, refugee resettlement organizations, intensive outpatient treatment programming, and individual therapy settings and feel equipped to support with a wide variety of concerns.

My approach to private practice is constantly evolving and I want to support people who may feel similarly! Business consultation could be helpful if you are desiring a space to have time to discuss finding greater alignment in your work, needing support in growing or building your practice, and/or in changing the vision for what you want your practice/business to look like.
