Frequently Asked Questions
-
Our time together will be tailored to your goals and needs. If we are engaging in EMDR therapy, there will often be a specific format for our session that we will discuss. If we are engaging in nature-based and/or somatic therapy, we will engage with whatever is coming up during the session. This can include having space for movement, processing in mind and body, experiential activities, and/or learning or practicing skills together. I seek to include mindfulness, grounding, and/or orienting practices into every session.
